About Chirpy

I Should first start by saying I'm probably not your stereo typical 'Internet Tipster' in the sense that you won't come here and read line after line of me boasting about how good I am or how much money I guarantee to make you and for what its worth the guys out there that do this quite frankly, unless they have a crystal ball then they aren't going to be the money makers that they say they are!.

Anyone who understands a bit about horse racing will know that even a tipster that claims to be 'the best' can't guarantee a winner in every race or guarantee a certain amount of profit because on plenty of occasions no matter what the figures may suggest the sport is often unpredictable and throws up something out the blue, these tipsters making outrageous guarantees set themselves up to fail because of these reasons. Having said this if you have the right analysis method and are able to look at a race card objectively then value winners can certainly be found, for a large portion or races if you look back through the results there will be a logical reason as to why a particular winner has won. I am a Racing Analyst who bets regularly for financial gain, this means that i take my selections very seriously & you will never find me simply posting 30 selections in a day or picking something in every race, this is not sensible nor is it tipping, the people who are doing this are pretty much chancers & i highly doubt they are putting their money behind it. I will only make selections when they seem viable & there may be lots of days where nothing is, so these will often be 'no bet' days. Personally I think the term 'tipster' can mislead some people, anything I tip is a bet that i will be having based on my own analytical opinion, any tip I give will be something that I feel can run a good race and therefore something represents good value. Value doesn't necessarily mean something @ a big price. In my eyes value represents the correlation between the odds of a bet & its chances of winning/placing, so an short priced favourite can be of value if on all evidence it is the most likely winner. In a nutshell I am someone who loves racing & through hard work and learning over a long period of time I happen to know a fair bit about the analysis side & i am able to, by being sensible & cautious make a regular income from betting. Basically this blog is a way for me to share my reviews with anyone who is interested and in the process I aim to help them get some good winners, hopefully people will find what I have to say interesting and useful.

I'm also not the sort of 'tipster' who's going to barrage you with direct messages over twitter telling you how I'm the best tipster around and all that, that's not my style like I said I love analysing racing plus I have nothing to gain from this other than hopefully people finding what I have to offer useful and interesting. If you do want to follow me on twitter, where I will be posting various different things relating to the blog then please feel free, the details for the twitter account can be found on the main page or on the contact page.
